Monitoring Relays | Wholesale & OEM/ODM

Willmall monitoring relays watch a measured electrical or process value and switch an output when it crosses a set limit, protecting equipment and raising alarms automatically.

  • Supervision of voltage, current, phase, and level parameters
  • Configurable thresholds and hysteresis for trip and alarm logic
  • Wide supply ranges for integration into control systems
  • Compact DIN rail housings for panel installation
  • Relay outputs for switching loads and signalling faults
What does a monitoring relay do?

It continuously compares a measured value against a set limit and switches an output when the value crosses the threshold, providing automatic alarm or trip.

Which parameters can be monitored?

Common parameters include voltage, current, phase state, and liquid level, with the measured input matched to the relay type used.

How are thresholds and hysteresis set?

The threshold is set to the operating limit of the application, and hysteresis prevents rapid on-off flapping around the setpoint.

Where are monitoring relays installed?

They are installed in distribution boards and control panels, typically on a DIN rail within reach of the circuit being supervised.

What does the relay output do?

The output either switches a load directly or feeds an alarm or interlock into the control system, depending on wiring.
