Working Principle
This controller operates by sending an immediate stop signal from the emergency stop button or via the remote control handle to the connected industrial machinery or crane control system. Pressing the emergency stop button breaks the control circuit, cutting power and commanding the machine to stop operations instantly. The remote control handle transmits wireless signals to trigger the emergency stop from a safe distance, ensuring operator safety in hazardous zones. The system remains locked in a safe state until manually reset, preventing accidental restarts.
