Inductive Proximity Switch Shielded M30 are also called proximity sensors. The sensor is divided into inductive, capacitive, analog, Hall, and magnetic. The sensor can be used with PLC programmable controllers, single-chip microcomputers, non-gate circuits, electronic counters, solid state relays, small relays and other products.
It is a component widely used in automatic control industry for detecting, controlling, and noncontact switching. when proximity switch is close to some target object, it will send out control signal.It’s widely used in machine, paper making, light industry for limiting station, orientation taking count, speeding trial ect.
M30 Proximity Switches shielded The inductive proximity switch sensor is composed of high-frequency oscillation, detection, amplification, triggering and output circuits. The oscillator generates an alternating electromagnetic field on the detection surface of the sensor. When a metal object approaches its detection surface, the eddy current generated in the metal absorbs the energy of the oscillator, weakening the oscillation and even stopping the vibration. The two states of oscillation and stop of the oscillator are converted into electrical signals through the shaping amplifier and converted into binary switching signals, which are output after power amplification.

Installation requirements
シールドされていない近接スイッチは、最大動作距離(直径に関連)を得ることができますが、スイッチの周囲の金属がスイッチに影響を与えるのを防ぐために、スイッチ検出ヘッドは周囲の金属と一定のギャップを維持する必要があります。
